Hey guys i am in the middle of my pac aai nis 2 install and i am leaving for north carolina at 5 am tomorrow so i need help fast! i installed the pac aai as per instructions. i have a 07 coupe prewired for sirius sat. previously i had sat because the previous owner never cancelled it. i installed the pac this afternoon and it worked fine i had my sattelite channels and my aux in working.. i put the dash back together. about an hour ago i was driving and it turned off, now the display reads call 888 whatever to activate my sirius. i am not sure if my radio got fried by the pac or the service for sirius got cancelled. i disconnected my pac and it still reads call 888 or whatever. my question really is do i need to have my sirius activated to use the pac? if not how do i set this up?>??????????? please help FAST my cellphone number is 609-238-3486 if anyone really wants to help thats how desperate i am!

You don't need the Sat radio activated in order to play it.

 

ugh finally got it fixed. i didnt know this but if you want to use the pac on a deactivated sirius radio you have to leave the 12 pin sat connector unplugged in order to for the pac to work. now 3 hours, alot of blood (cut myself behind the radio) and a cramped back later i have it installed and working.
