Bluetooth Problem

Hi guys,

I have a 2008 sedan w/navi. My Verizon Blackberry 8830 was working perfectly until yesterday (I got the car in February). Now the car will not recognize the phone. I tried unparing, reparing - even changed the name of the phone but no go. My wifes motorola razr works fine in the G. My 8830 still works in our Sequoia with an aftermarket Parrot 3200.

I can't figure out if there is a problem with the phone or the car. Any ideas?

I may go to the dealership this weekend to see if the phone can pair to another on G on the lot. If it will, I would think there is an issue with the bluetooth in my car. If it won't, I guess a new phone is in order.

Al

Called Verizon, they had me do a hard reset. That fixed the issue. Still can't figure out why the G was the only one it didn't work on.
