Help! Driver Side Speakers not working!

I have an 04 coupe w/ Bose sound system amd for some reason whenever i play a cd the driver side speakers, both front and back barely work.. If you adjust the balance you can really tell, otherwise it just seems all of the sound is coming from the passenger side..
Has anyone experienced this before?
When i am listening to any radio station it seems to work fine....

this is a known issue and you will likely need to replace the headunit.

It's a common problem. If your car is still under warranty it will be repaired for free.

thanks a lot man, i figured i wasnt the only one with this problem... i guess i have a little life in my head unit left due to the left side speakers still having some sound in them..
I will go to the dealership and try to figure out if my warranty will cover it, i think that i only might be under the drivertrain one though

if not covered by warranty you can prob pickup a used one cheap from someone who has upgraded to an aftermarket head unit....there are several forum DIY instructions on how to swap it out
