In the market for new a radar detector, since i had Mikes Mount for the escort i logged on to order the new 9500ix with all its new features, BUT just cant forget the Valentines great reviews and now for the first time, cheaper price tag.

Im a pretty aggressive driver and both are well qualified for the job, will Escorts new 9500ix be the new Valentine One? or will the Valentine continue to dominate?

 

Took a trip to Dallas this past weekend for OU/TX (We lost), was following a guy i met at a gas station with a 9500i and it worked flawlessly every cop we passed.

Anyone on here have the new ix yet?

 

9500i can be upgraded to the xi through their website. **** you can even get the casing for the radar by sending it in.

 

The $500 Escort 9500ix has the same detection range as the $450 Escort 9500i and the $400 Valentine One beats them both.
