Kenwood DNX8120 not showing street names

Kenwood DNX8120 not showing street names
I've had my Kenwood DNX8120 installed for some time now and just recently it stopped showing street names no matter how close I zoom in. All other functions are fine. Anyone else experiencing this problem?? HELP!!

Last resort
I was going to try that as a last resort. I've spent a lot of time tweaking the sound settings to just my likings and don't want to loose it all. Will try that if this problem hits a brick wall.
