Flush double-din navigation with JDM kit

Flush double-din navigation with JDM kit
I was wondering if anyone has found that perfect navigation receiver that fits well with the 05-07 dash JDM double din kit. I think being flush is the most important, but am also concerned about receivers that may be too small in the space provided by the finisher piece.
Any suggestions?
