Navi out- Disc error
Navi out- Disc error
My car was in the shop for a while, and when I got it back, the center console lights didn't work, and the Navi gave me a "disc error". I checked and replaced the fuse for the console-- no problem. Now, is it possible that the Navi went out from a blown fuse to the disc-reading unit? The self-diagnosis says the GPS, etc. is fine, but the main unit is "malfunctioning". I'm leaving later today on a ten hour roadtrip, so promptness is appreciated Thoughts?

Re: Navi out- Disc error
Which fuse did you replace? According to the Service Manual, fuses 37, 6, and 12 are necessary for the NAV.
