Remote Wire Q? 2003 G35Coupe Bose!

I have the MTX THUNDER 300-XD and it has SMART ENGAGE, not sure what that really is but ok.

1. Ok, so first things first, i am trying to locate the remote wire in the set of wires.

2. I need to know if i remove the remote wire from the bose amp, will it prevent my speakers in the cabin from turning on, if so how do i prevent on removing the wire, do i tap into so that the wire still runs to the amp but forks off to my amplifier aswell?

1. are you using the factory deck?
2. do NOT remove the remote wire from bose amp. may be easier for you to TAP off the accessory wire from the ignition switch.

2. What do you mean by TAP off the accessory wire from the ignition switch.

honestly if you don't know what you're doing, it may be best to let someone who knows what their doing do it

What do you mean in each column? Whats a column? So you have 4 wires left, 2 are clear, 2 are blue?

Wrong, you will still have to run the RCA wires.

Ok, then one set should be your left speaker and one set for the right speaker. But if all 4 look the same then thats going to be hard to distinguish which set is left and which set is right. Anyway you could take a pic of the 4 wires close up?

no the RCA's are broken up into two colums witch can be seperated into the two colums. i splice the a colum creating 2 wires from 1 colum 1 blue 1 silver.

The smart engage system is supposed to be a voltage sensor where in THEORY you shouldn't need a remote line, however you get a lot of noise when you turn the amp on/off. (usually a thud from the sub) better to run remote line so that you don't get that thud
However depending if the amp has low level inputs (most of the mtx stuff does if I remember correctly) so you should just have to take the 4 prong plug and take those wires to the amp. You shouldn't need an LOC OR have to splice into ANY RCAs
dude honestly. By the time you're done by the sounds of it you'll have wanted to take it to a shop. just spend the 50-80 bucks to get it installed properly.
Generally if a person demonstrates some know-how or some understanding of what I write, I don't suggest taking a car to a shop for such a simple procedure. You don't seem to have that hands-on skillset. I'm not trying to disrespect you I'm just letting you know you MAY get frustrated doing this, and for the well being of the car and it's future owners. You'll want to take it in
