No audio after navi install

Ok, so I spent last night and this morning searching the forums but haven't been able to find the exact answer to my problem. I installed my F700BT last night and everything works great, except I have no sound. I checked the fuse for the stereo under the dash and under the hood and both are intact. Is it possible to have killed the amp without blowing the fuse? I'm embarrassed to mention it but I MAY (did) have forgotten to disconnect the battery during the install.

you don't need to disconnect the battery

did you used a wiring harness (7550/7551)?
did you connect the blue/white wire to the blue wire? (power ant doubles as amp turn on)

you have to make sure to hit the stock amp turn on wire. I just did the same install not even a week ago. ill see if i can get the wire color for you
