the pastic piece around the clock/climate display...use a flat head screw drive and carefully pry it up around the clock area...once it pops, pull the trim piece towards the back of the car

k and to be sure, I have an 03'. Ive read all these threads last night on the type of bulb to get..and some are saying go L.E.D...i'm not trying to rewire anything...I just want a simple plug n' play and be done with it. It'd just be nice to see the time at night haha without having to look at my cell phone..

I replaced the clock lights (but theyre not bright at all)...I bought some "LEDs" from autolumination but theyre really not bright..guess I can't complain...i mean, i can see the clock at night..so thats better than the darkness.

Nah, no re-wiring....I got the neo-wedge ones that were i think $2.99 ea. on the autolumination site....i got the "super whites" but theyre not all that bright...at least they show the clock, so I guess i'm not really complaining. I dont know what "grain of wheat" bulbs people were talking about...cause when you take the clock out, there are two "grey" bases, you untwist those, and take them out..aren't those the bulbs? anyways, yeh..
