Tweeter placement

When upgrading componenet speakers up front, where is the best tweeter placement: ....the original location or elsewhere ?? I've seen many pics of tweeters in the kickplates ???

I replaced my factory with Kappa Perfects and Im using the stock location. Kickpods are used to improve the overall soundstage for your audio which I can say is needed in the G! My neighbor has a Lexus SC400 that sounds 10x better then my G!

You can always get a head unit or a processor that allows you to do time alignment. Will change the audio setup completely.

I wouldnt go with stock locations as they can hit the dash. A pillars would be best, along with kickpods.

+1 with time alignment.
I'm fairly happy with the factory location, I modded the back end of the pillar to aim the tweets more towards the passengers
