well it depends what kinda of amp he had back there. could have been a 2,3,4,5, or 6 channel amp.
However, looking at the pics It looks to me like it was a 4 channel (looks like 8 gauge, going in 8 gauge going out - power/ground) and the rest of the wires look like speaker wires and 1 is likely your remote wire (turns the amp on when the car turns on) which could be going to back of the head unit it's really hard to say man. sorry

I tried contacting him many times but he just doesn't answer so i just need someone that has an 06' g35 coupe to go in a trunk and do me a huge favor and just look at his wire where it connects to I would even pay money for someone to do that for me
i bought the car and nothing worked inside so when i looked in the trunk i seen three wires were cut so I said ok its proly the amp, so i went and bought the stock bose amp but there is only 2 plugs/connectors that go to the amp so i wired the 2 plugs and connected the amp but the third upper wire is still cut and i have no clue where it should go and when i connected the amp still nothing works
It looks like the BOSE input harness is completely cut off. That would be the blue harness. If you look in the 'add a sub' sticky you will find which wires do what. Then you can connect them to a new amp and plug back into the factory output wires. That's a really crappy thing to do to a new owner. I spliced into my harness just so that someday I wouldn't screw another owner over (rather keep it till it dies though)
