just installed the usa spec ipod integration module a week or so ago. the whole time it has been charging my iphone 3g, but all of a sudden today it stopped charging it. it still works the same, it just doesnt charge the battery anymore. anyone else have this problem?

but for the first week, it did charge my iphone. and im pretty sure it is the new 3g cable, or at least thats what the ebay ad said anyway. and like i said, it did charged my iphone right out of the box.....

 

Same thing just started happening to me. I have a 120GB iPod Classic. I've had the USA-Spec for about 5 months now. It worked fine up until about a month ago. It would charge the iPod and the steering wheel controls worked too.

Well now only the steering wheel controls work...the USA-Spec will not charge the iPod. I'm not sure what to do. I was thinking maybe it has something to do with the last software upgrade for the iPod...?

 

pm sent, i called usaspec directly and my unit and cable were warrantied out. they sent me a new unit and cable and it works great now

 

wow, I had to f'n spend $45 on an adapter to charge my 3g, and then they finally come out with a new cable...
