I push in the sub, jus a bit...then, it starts hitting like mad crazy. I messed with the EQ settings, and every other setting. It use to be working just fine, up until the last week, then it came to my attention. The subwoofer wires were professionally done, but...the wire running to the actual subwoofer(speaker wire?) was a little loose. I tightened it up, but still problem occurs.

I read online that maybe it isn't drawing enough power, I have a cap, but never got it installed because I'm missing one part. It's a single 10 hooked up to a (weak) 600 watt HiFonics Amp. So, it basically hits when I push the sub in a little (literally)...should I take sub out of box and make sure the wires are still connected properly?
