Incorporating shock sensor to oem alarm on '07 + sedan G's ???

Incorporating shock sensor to oem alarm on '07 + sedan G's ???

can this be done? any info will greatly be appreciated. thanks.

I used to do it all the time. Just hook the sensors output up to the hood switch input and it should work fine. Just put a diode on it so nothing back feeds into the system.

Its pretty much universal. You have to tap into the hoodpin switch input as that triggers the stock alarm.

You can go to any Radio Shack and ask for a diode. A diode is like a door in that it will only allow a signal to flow one way and not the other. It's probably unnecessary, but I've always use one when interfacing with a factory alarm system.
