Pac TR-7

I'm about to install a pac tr-7 to bypass the iva-w505 dvd video but i was just curious if your suppose to directly connect all the wires to the pac tr-7 or slice into them..

The foot brake and emergency brake wires have dedicated inputs on the Tr7. The power and ground wires splice into the radio harness power and ground. I think those still come preprogrammed for the Alpine bypass.
