PAC AUX IPOD STRANGE BEHAVIOR
PAC AUX IPOD STRANGE BEHAVIOR
Just got the PAC AAI-NIS adapter installed in my 04 G35X but I have encounter a very strange problem and I want to see if anyone else experience this problem.
I have an Y cable connecting the PAC AAI-NIS to my IPOD. It works as long as I don't plug in a cigarette-socket Ipod charger. If I plug a cigarette -socket Ipod charger there is no sound at all. As a matter of fact it seems as though if I plug in both the audio cable to Ipod TOGETHER with the power cable the PAC AAI-NIS is disabled. Normally if I hit the SAT button it will switch between SAT1 and SAT2 but if I plug in the cigarette power cable AND the audio cable it automatically jump from SAT1 to SAT2. My theory is that somehow the combination of both cable trigger the negative remote cable and therefore disable the SAT1. Any feedback greatly appreciated. Thank you
