SORRY ABOUT FONT... I was at another house and some reason the font turned out like that on its own

I upgraded my HU to Pioneer P4000. music and radio are good. took car to shop to have dvd bypass installed with a tugswitch. after installation, dvd unit plays dvd but no video is coming out. Only sound. screen is black and if i switch the switch back then screen is blue. When its the black screen i can only see the control functions

ok, 1st get rid of that font your using, 2nd i think the shop you took your car to get your DD bypassed did not by-pass it since your hearing the sound but not seeing the picture, just like a stock aftermarket DD

 

my friend came with me to the shop cause he just installed the same dvd as me. we both got the dvd bypass and his works perfectly and mine shows black screen

 

some how your conection is wrong, if they used the lil box mod you know the module then it could be that becuase i also know that mose DDs can be bypasses by grounding a few diffrent wires
