of course....its done already....i did all the wiring i could outside of the car to make it easier when i go to install.

Hows the sound with the 7551 harness? I had the 7551 harness hooked up to my f90bt and the sound was way to low. I had to switch it with the 7550 but now I have static/buzz sound.

reason why Metra uses the colours they do is because those colours are the standard throughout car audio. Installers know this better than they know their g/fs birthday.
Also if you look at the wiring harness on the pioneer you will see 2 white, 2 grey, 2 purple, 2 green, each pair with a black stripe. they are very similiar to the metra colours don't you think
- they are the speaker wire colours

hey guys... so that you know... it comes down to the preout voltage and the tuning of the EQ from the deck. Coming directly from the deck using factory speakers, you will likely get better sound out of the 7550 harness.
