Integration Solutions - Ipod Adapter

Has anyone tried this? To me, this looks like the most complete Ipod adapter by far:
http://cgi.ebay.com/2004-04-INFINITI-G35-DIRECT-iPOD-iPHONE-AUX-INPUT-L5_W0QQitemZ120429185106QQcmdZViewItemQQptZOther_MP3_Player_Accessories?hash=item1c0a238852&_trksid=p4634.c0.m14.l1262
Our L5 (Level #5) Direct iPOD input interface...
  • Connects & charges iPod/iPhone
  • Will pause your iPod/iPhone if your car is turned off or if you switch sources to CD or AM/FM. After it is paused it will automatically shut off like normal.
  • Charges your iPod/iPhone while your car is on
  • Allows your iPod/iPhone to play in digital quality thru your factory stereo speakers
  • Maintains factory radio functions
The only drawbacks I can see on this thing is that you'd lose factory SAT radio and I can't quite tell whether or not you can have both of these features:
Text display on radio
Ipod control from IPod (not locked out).

I'm going to try to find that out.

Just wondering why everyone seems to jump on the PAC NIS adapters that appear to cost about the same. It looks like this company starts w/ that platform and tweaks it to add some really nice features ("smart" charging and text display really set this apart to me).

Any thoughts?
I may have to buy myself an early bday present.
