Tweeter and Mid placement on door panel help

Hey, i am going to be installing my stereo system tomorrow and was wondering if this tweeter/mid placement will be fine. I am just concerned about the door cables and the position of the tweeter. I did not want to put the speakers in the kick panels because of rain, snow, etc

Thanks.

System that i am installing tomorrow-

DLS iridium 6.3
Butler blue tube amp
Jl audio 500/1
Jl audio 12w7

This is all going to be connected to a Eclipse AVN726e.

bad tweeter placement
tweeters are very directional. If you put it on the other side of the door handle on the ridge area you should be fine as long as you have the surface area.

I put my tweeters in the original position and it is great. I didn't feel comfortable cutting into the door.

I'd probably put it up a lil higher closer to the original tweeter position aimed towards the middle of the car

Finally finished 1 door! Took 8 hours to finish! Running speaker wire to the door was the worst experience of my life. It took 4-5 hours just for that! The molex connector was in a horrible place. Was thinking of just removing the whole door.

Anyway here are the pics of my driver side door. I hope that the passenger side will be much easier.

put the tweets and the mids in the kick pannel they sound great. Looks clean and you don't need rear speakers. Also I would go with a 10 w7 sealed box I had a 12 and it was way too much. I have my sub aim through the ski pass and sealed off from the trunk. No rattle outside just bass.

wow...well, I hope you like vocals coming from the middle of your seat...If it was me I would have placed the mid somewhere in front of me, not near my thigh. I hope it sounds alright, cause if it doesn't, that's a expensive door panel.

I didn't relocate the fuse pannel. There is or was an installer on here i believe his screen name was 16bitstick or something real name is bing. I learned the this is the best setup for the G's and trust me the vocals midbass and highs play in harmony and sounds great. It's more sound quality, everyone who sees my setup says it won't sound good so don't knock it till you try it. The kick pannels were about $90 shipped. I have an extra set. I am running a rockford fosgate 400 x 4 bridged into a 2 channel.
