Im thinking about updating my 04 navigation to the newest model. Ive searched around on the threads and just got more confused. Do i need to buy an update cd that i install or am i basically buying a new dvd and replacing the old one? Other then the dealership what would be the best way to get the update or new dvd? Ebay?

Maybe someone can clear this up a bit. Also i noticed that the 05 dvds are compatible with the 03's and 04's. Should i just jump to a 05 dvd???

 

Just received update for my '05 nav system from Navteq. It comes with an upgrade CD and a the new Nav DVD. Purchase price was 129.00. The lastest version for 03-05 is v6.8.

 

6.8 did come out and its $129.00 from navteq

Beware Pfinder2005 is spamming the same thing over and over.
