I just finished installing the Kenwood DNX 7140. The trim ring isn't fitting. I also have the JDM dash kit. Has anyone had this problem. It's 1:15 am, and I've been at it all day. This is driving me crazy

I dremeled the heck out of that trim ring. It couldn't clear the dash kit to get to the mounting slots on the HU. I looked at the post where everyone put up pics of their DD and everyone that has a Kenwood didn't use the trim ring. But I finally finished - at 4 am! I'l post pics later. I'm trying to figure out how to change the startup screen pic without using theusb port, cause I'm not opening up that dash for a long time to com.
