radio console not working
Hey guys (and girls if your out there).
I got into my car yesterday and started it as per usual. I turned on the radio and my ipod which i use an fm transmitter with, not through the cig lighter but the one in between the two seats thats meant for plug-ins. Anyways, i went to adjust the volume, and suddenly the radio turned off, and it couldn't be turned back on through the center console, only the steering wheel controls. Once I turned it on I couldn't use any of the buttons on the center console, but the radio still worked, the ipod and ipod transmitter worked fine. So did all of the heating and cooling buttons, but none of the radio controls worked.
So anyways, i drove home, turned my car off, then restarted it and it was fine, so no need to fix anything i figure, but i might as well check with you guys to see if this is only the beginning of future electrical/fuse problems? Anyone else ever experience this?
the car is a 05 coupe, no nav, but it has the premium and sport package.
It was about -5 celcius or about 25 degrees fahrenheight (i think). It has been much colder outside and it has worked fine, and it has been much warmer and it has worked fine. The car was cold, and had not been driven for 5 hours. all other electrical devices have always been fine.
