A friend of mine told me about it a while ago in his other car but I was wondering if anyone has done something like this in the G35?

Its a company called Arat located in Germany that sells mounts. There are some pictures at www.arat.de to get an idea of what I am talking about. I would suggest going to google and searching on "Arat" and then translate the page to have some sort of idea what this is.

I am wondering how this setup will look and how practical it is to possibly have the nav off the right of the console.

I don't care for the way it looks. I prefer what God of CPU has done. His screen can be hidden and looks fantastic!

I never saw that one actually. The one I saw looked pretty stylish and was made to point on the right side of the console.
