Seriously, do you have an error? ie the dreaded CD ERR F0?
Take it back to the dealer and prepare to wait. . .

I cleared a CD ERR F0 by turning the key off and back to acccessory a few times. You may also try disconnecting the battery terminal and reconnecting it.
