Factory Ipod Integration help

I'm not great with electronics so bear with me.

I installed the Factory integration kit from G35parts and it worked great until today. In the morning every time I skipped a song it would skip 2 and play the next song. Kinda annoying. When I left my job, it worked fine for an hour until it started skipping every song and would not stop to play anything. I thought maybe the unit was just really hot. I let it cool for a couple of hours and it is still doing the same thing. I removed the back seat and made sure everything was still connected. Any help on this or am I screwed?

It may be your Ipod, mine has done this before and I have to let it die then plug it back into the computer its used with to reset it and put all of the music back on. It takes awhile depending on how many songs you have(alot in my case), so good luck.

I got it working. It was the Ipod. I thought just letting it sync to the computer would work, but I had to also reset it.
