THIS ITEM DOES NOT FULLY FUNCTION!!

For sale is the partially functioning radio out of my 2004 G35 coupe, BOSE.

I took this unit out because it does not fully function. Could be used for parts/repair of another unit.

What works:
- All controls (power, volume, change station, change mode, etc...)
- Occasionally the radio will produce sound (20%)
- Insert and ejects tapes
- Inserts and ejects CDs

What's Broke:
- CD does not play, I get error 2
- Radio does not produce sound 80% of the time. No matter how much you turn it up or down the sound just does not come out. Sometimes it kicks in and works, but the volume is temperamental and will not adjust up or down. I've found that if i adjust radio within the first 10 seconds of turning the car on it will work about 70% of the time.

Im interested in buying both the radio and the face. I really only want them to attempt to repair it and make some DIYs for replacing electronic components that commonly fail on these radios. So unfortunately I wouldn't be able to give you the combined total of $100 that you are asking for both parts. I don't really need these parts I just want them to attempt to help people repair these. What part of FL are you in? Would you be interested in working out a deal?
