NAV only shows arrow???
NAV only shows arrow???
My NAVI occasionally goes dark and all it shows is the floating Arrow as it indicates my movement. Common issue? I am going to dealer soon.

Does this only happen during the day? When you go under a bridge or something?
Is it possilbe the automatic headlights are turning on? This would make the NAV go into "night" mode. The next time this happens, check to see if the lights are on, and also push the "D/N" button on the NAV.

I've experienced it one time-- when I was on a privately-owned island. Other than that, I've never, ever gotten it...

where were you? if you were zoomed in all the way and there were no "mapped" roads near you then that could be the problem.

No I was in civilization hehe.. I have used the 350z nav in the middle of Cali ranchlands. It got confused to say the least. Unmapped roads are a doozie. Someday I might take the G on a Ferry, I wonder what that will do for the GPS.. Me floating above water haha
