12v plugs don't work

I have an 04 coupe and the 12v plug on the passenger side and the one under the armrest don't work. I've checked the fuse panel on the driver side and the fuse is fine and the driver side plug works. Is there a plug somewhere behind that dash that those 2 plug are on that might not be plugged in that gives those 2 power?

I have the nissan USA spec ipod connector that doesn't support charging on the iphone 4 so Ive wired up the ipod plug to supply power to the 5V USB, the + data, - data and a ground so it will charge my iphone, but my 12v plug in the armrest I want to power it doesn't have any power...

Thanks for any help
