Re: where to hook up remote wire for amp
On the sedan, it is a green with a white stripe wire in the trunk, on the coupe, it is different. There is a DIY in the DIY section that says which wire it is for the coupe.

Dude....a 1000/1 to a 10W7!

You need another 10W7 before you blow the one you have.

Do you hear me?

Re: where to hook up remote wire for amp
Did you read my post? Do you have a sedan or a coupe? Don't start tapping into wires unless you know which one it is. On the coupe it is different then the sedan. I want to say it is blue, but I didn't say that originally because I didn't know for sure. Check the DIY section!

Light Blue/Silver should be the remote in the coupe.

Re: where to hook up remote wire for amp
I just hooked up my system last week, and double checked my shop manual. The acc wire is the green with a white stripe in the harness for the stock amplifier (located under the rear deck in the trunk). Maybe you tapped into a different green/white wire. I am positive on this.

Re: where to hook up remote wire for amp
Yes, it would have. Here is a pic of the schematic. I believe it should be a light green wire. It says LG.

Re: where to hook up remote wire for amp
BTW, now I am assuming you have the Base system, and not an aftermarket HU.
