what is the most efficient place to install dynamat or something similar to dynamat?

i bought a doorkit and im thinking if maybe i should cut it up and put some here and some there, or if I should just completely insulate my doors.

btw, im running a 12" eclipse aluminum in trunk, and Focal 165K polykevlar in the front doors. no speakers in the back. =)

also, is there anyway to install foam in my outside door handles? those things rattle when im bumpin.
