That sheet you have is the colors at the headunit, not the amp.

Okay, so you didn't have an 03.5 with the '04 wiring?

AT THE AMP: '03 wires are
Position: + / -
RL: Light green / Purple
RR: Blue / Pink
FL: White / Orange
FR: Orange w/blue stripe / White w/blue stripe

That still doesn't cover the color of the wires *AT THE AMP*. they change colors at some point between the headunit and the amp.

Go with the colors in my post above, if you have an '03 with '03 wiring.

If you have an '03 with '04 wiring, use the colors from the service manual I posted a few posts back.
