Bluetooth for 05 g35 Sedan

Bluetooth for 05 g35 Sedan
I need help trying to figure exactly how get bluetooth into my factory stereo. My idea is to get this Griffin Bluetooth to aux in. My friend works at Apple and can get it for me for $50 instead of $100

Is there an adaptor that I can plug into the back of the stereo for an aux in jack so I can use that Griffin product? I've seen other bluetooth solutions but not sure how good they are - http://www.myg35mods.com/tutorials/aux/ - I think this chart is out of date though.
Anyone have a good solution? Thanks!
