What did you do for bluetooth? 05 g35 sedan

Hey guys. I want to be able to play music from my IPOD through the stereo with bluetooth. My thought is to get this Griffin bluetooth to AUX. I can get it for $50 instead of $100 http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/bluetrip-aux

and then get the PXAUX adapter for another $57 + shipping. http://www.google.com/products/catal...d=0CCoQ8wIwAg#

So the total would be around $115. Is this a good or bad idea? Any other ways for bluetooth? Thanks

USA-Spec makes an IPod module for our cars for around $125 but the install takes a little time if you do it your self. But there is a rite up on it and DIY instructions if you search for it.

I just re read your first post. You were specific, but I just ***-umed you were using it for a phone. Sorry

Ugh, so you're going to spend over a hundred dollars now just to get audio out of your iPod?

Do the PAC or USA-SPEC adapter at your own risk... your '05 radio is due to fail anyway, so you might as well just save that for when you need/want to get an aftermarket radio and have real support for iPod, not just an AUX or very basic controls through the factory radio.

I personally use a Bluant S4 for my answering calls in the car. It`s probably the best bluetooth speakers that i`ve used and I`m a tech gadget freak who always wants to try out new products for all sorts of things. It magnetically clips onto your visor and battery life is amazing. I should also mention that is is also one of the loudest crisp speakers that I have used and it also uses the noise cancellation so even when you have the windows down or have the music up, it still makes your voice very clear and not distorted. I probably charge it once every 3 days of use. It has the ability to talk to your commands once you say "blueant speak to me" and you can dial contacts, check weather, answer calls, etc. without any buttons. Anyways, have fun shopping for a bluetooth unit for your car! :]
