Pioneer HU Recommendation

I purchased a new JDM DD '05+ kit from DiGil here on the forums. Following that, I read up on Wrathernaut's sticky and purchased am/fm antenna plug along with the wiring harness off of amazon and purchased a PAC SWI-PS1 on ebay (guy didn't include any resistors which i'll have to buy at radio shack or something)... now all I need is a head unit.

What Pioneer head unit do you recommend?
I know the Z110BT and Z120BT are the flag ship right now, but I don't know if I want to shell out all that cash for it, but what I like about it is navigation, bluetooth, boot time, and especially the 7" screen.

What are your opinions on older models such as the D3? I might even consider the X920bt. Let me know your input, thanks!

I've got a 6.1" screen and a 7" screen. Never notice any difference between the two.

D3's still a good unit, and you can find refurbished ones for about $400 fairly regularly.

I just love the X920BT, Z110/Z120BT for their voice control of iPod and navigation, the great UI and everything else. So given the choice of:
D3 @ $350 (used, buy it now on eBay)
X920 @ $690 (new, eBay)
Z110 @ $700 (refurb, eBay)
Z120 @ $850 (used, eBay)

I'd probably go with the Z110, since there's ways of upgrading it to the Z120 if you read up on AVIC411.
But if you don't care about voice control of iPod or navigation, D3 is a winner.

how is the voice control on ipod and navigation?
is it like... "destination, 1234 main street, san francisco, ca"
and it will automatically enter that in as the destination?
rather than typing it in by hand?

Nah, for address entry, you have to break it up a bit, basically the stuff you'd enter by hand you do by voice in as many steps.

iPod though is nice:
