After reading allot about different backup cameras I have narrowed it down to these two.

They are both very similar in resolution and they both look to be high quality. My question is, they don't have inferred. Will that be a problem If I have tinted tails and led reverse lights and get no light emission from my reverse lights? If not why? And which one should I get. If it is an issue, What is a high quality alternative? Thank you

I was actually debating between the vtl420 and the vtl 422:

my issue is that i don't know whether to pick a CCD or CMOS camera

 

i saw a nightvision on ebay for $15 can't tell how good quality would be though

 

I decided to buy the vtl420 off amazon, so there's 1 more left in stock if you want to buy it

since they're both pretty much the same I suggest you get the cheaper 420, i dont think the thinner 425 is worth the extra $30 or so
