Lights going out issue

I recently installed HID Fogs, led parking lights, and led turn signals in my headlights. The turn signals have been fine but the parking light on the driver side went out then came back on after the car was off. And sometimes one HID fog will turn off but if I flip the switch off then on, they will work fine. I know the LED issue could be because of heat. But after a week and a half? And I think the HID kit is just crap. The Ballasts are under the fenders. Should I replace my stock bulbs and HID fogs with these...?
