How about someone with a 2006 G35 NON BOSE?
I have a Crunch Ground Pounder amp, and I have 2 12" infinity subs, and 4 infinity speakers, i can do the speaker part, but i need to know what the hell tapping into something means and how i get that to connect to my amp? any help would be very much appreciated!!
(P.S. I need help on what to get for ipod integration and how i would install that? i know its repetitive but i couldnt find anything on a NON-BOSE system. and again, thank you!)

Just use a LOC to convert the speaker output at the rear side/door speakers to a signal for your amp, or use an amp that can accept speaker-level inputs and run wires from the rear side/door speakers to the amp.
"Tapping into something" basically means you have a wire going from A to B, and you attach another wire either at A, B, or somewhere in between to either replace B, or add a C.

An LOC is a box. I assume you don't have one yet? Visit http://www.pac-audio.com/ for details.
Here is a diagram of a typical LOC
