RCA Cable Length

Hello,

I have an 05 G35 sedan and am adding an amp in the trunk of the car. I was wondering what length RCA cable I should purchase to connect the headunit to the amp. I am planning on adding two Monoprice premium 12ft cables.

Is this enough or too long? Please let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

If you run it down the center console, 12 foot will be just fine. If you try and go down the side, it might not.

Thanks for your replies. I might just opt to buy the 15' cables just to be safe.
