WTB: '03-'04 Metra Double-Din PIECES (not the whole kit!)
'03-'04 Metra Double-Din PIECES (not the whole kit!)
I THINK I need a few parts I lost in a move so I can upgrade from single-din to double-din.
Those would be the parts from the '03/'04 metra dash kit i THINK i need (probably not the double-din trim, but if someone has it, I'll buy it from you if I need it post-install). If anybody knows if the side brackets are really needed or not, please let me know. With my single-din installation, I just installed the dash kit, installed the receiver's metal sleeve, pulled the cables out of the opening, attached them to the player and slid the player into place until it clicked.
If I can get away without needing those pieces, please let me know... Otherwise, if they're needed to stabilize a double-din unit or whatever, please let me know. I'm hoping to buy a double-din unit within the next 24-48 hours lol.
Update: 1 Hour, 56 Minutes later - I just bought THIS:
