Routing wires from back of car??

I am planning on installing my backup camera this weekend. How do people normally route the wires from the back to the front of the car? Any suggestions/help/DIY??

For that, you could just run it along the center hump and through the center stack like I did my RCA wires:

If it's anything like the sedan, you just pull the black tabs under the front edge of the seat and lift up.
