help buying metra kit

help buying metra kit

Im buying a metra from a seller on ebay. Thats all i need right? Or is there more plugs i need to purchase? Also where is a good place to get a cheap indash? I dont need navigation I just want a basic one for cheap

I'll give you help on buying a Metra kit....don't.

I had dozens in stock and ended up selling them dirt cheap because they were of such poor quality.

Isnt the only difference between the Metra kit and the JDM kits the buttons?

if u buy a deck from crutchfield the metra kit is half off so comes out to like $100

really? how much? i dont regret getting metra at all. saved me a ton!

I don't remember the price now. I just know that I had tons of complaints about them and you can see and feel the difference between them and the JDM kits.

If you don't wanna spend a bunch of money then the metra kit is fine.

Ive had mine for just under 3 years and its holding up fine. All the buttons work and the numbers and lettering are all still there.

I used the $200 I saved and bought some usher mids.

Metra may not be that great quality, but there's a huge difference in price. $150 as compared to $320 or so.
