I am using my ipod with a tape adapter and sometimes the car decides to just eject the tape while playing! Sometimes it will just keep doing it unless I swap audio modes then try the tape again. Any ideas as to why it would be doing this?

when u use the tape adapter with the ipod, what shows up on the display on the head unit

 

Just says Tape side 2, it starts on side 1 but you have to change to side 2.
