Car: 2007 G35 Coupe

I want to purchase an inegration system for my G but not sure if it'll work. I used this chart on myg35mods to compare the adapters but something isn't clicking in my brain. I'm pretty sure I have the satellite radio function and I'm not paying every month for it...

Can anyone help me out or guide me in the right direction? I don't want to buy a kit and find out it wont work or cannot be installed. Will the kit I found work for my 2007 G35 coupe? If not, can someone link me to something that will?
