They handle more. They're underrated at 225w

Two questions. If they need more space in the door than it can take I don't want em. So do they fit? And for the price of what online car stereo has them for I can get 2 sets. Sound good?

I just put Diamond Audio Hex h600s in my fronts, they handle 150w per side. Sounds great. Only complaint is I would like a <little> more mid bass, but they are pretty solid.

They'll fit in the door with a spacer

You don't need 2 sets, only 1. Give 1 set 300+ and you'll be very very happy.

If English isn't your first language I'll cut you some slack. "For the sake of argument" is a figure of speech that usually precedes an alternate suggestion or point of view. I didn't say you were arguing, you've actually been relatively cool throughout your stubbornness and I can't fault you for sticking to a point of view you think is the right one. Good on ya.

I wouldn't recommend any powerful overpriced fronts because overpriced is a relative term that has to be defined by each individual as they make their own determination of what they think is a good value.

I'd recommend you hear some different setups in a similar vehicle so that you have a better chance to make an informed decision before you start spending money and get the most bang for your buck and best possible results for what you want to hear and want to spend.

So, if you want to share with us where you are located (make it vague, lets start with country and state if in the USA) and maybe we can find some folks with G35 coupes that have different setups that might be good to listen to.

Never did like that exact soundstream model. Look into the rubicon, stealth, and reference.

Those alpine's are cool if it's the latest model with the little r..if not, look elsewhere.

Subwoofer box?

oh and for sound dampener, don't waste your money on dynamat (not sure if that's what you planned on). Get it from sounddeadenershowdown.com or at least damplifier pro.

I had rears hooked up (running 75w to BA Pro60se's up front and 75w to the rear BA SC65's) and had them shut their eyes while I moved the fader from center to 100% front. Nobody in the front seat could ever tell the difference when the rears were on or off (including myself), so I just put it so I've got 150w to each of the fronts. The Pro60's love power, and it sounds much better (and louder) now.
Question for you. Based on this feedback would you just skip the SC65s altogether if you were to do this over again? And you must be B. Rodgers on Amazon eh? Your reviews are awesome, glad to see you share your knowledge with other folks than just us.

The bostons are pretty awesome, but i wouldn't upgrade anything in the rear. Stockies are enough for some fill. I'd ditch the ones in the rear deck so the subs can vent better into the cabin.
