Interesting subject. I have a 2003 also with 5 1000 watt rockford amps. I have 2 batteries and 4 battcaps, and I have never had an issue with my hid's dimming. Like they said you have a bigger problem then power. I have never had an issue and I still have power issues. So you might want to get that checked might have something wired wrong or something else messing up. But anytime time you get 2 or more high power amps you want to add a seprate power source. So your car is not affected.
