Will this fit in place of stock bose amp on 04 coupe? Is it a 4 amp or a 5?

 

Tagging this for looking at tonight. Have to re-measure the trunk.

 

5 channel amp. It can run 4 separate set of speakers and a subwoofer. For the 5th channel (which is the sub) it can do 400 watts at 2ohms. And about the fitment I'm not too sure. I never got around to installing the amp. If it helps here are the dimensions -- 11 1/4" L x 6 7/16" W x 2 1/4" thick
