LED DRL, how to wire it up? Please help!

So I got a nismo front and wanted to mount LED's to the ducts to use as a DRL/FOG type application, I want them to turn on when I turn the car on and off without having to remember to flip a switch or anything, ideally what I wanted was to have them working at all times but at night when they are working with my headlights I wanted them to have a delay off like my headlights do and also have a kill switch if I don't feel like having them on that day or somthing. Does anyone know how I would wire them up? I'm okay with just having them wired to key power if having the kill switch and a delay off is a lot more work.
Thanks in advance, if anyone can do this for me and is in the bay area I'll pay you if you. just PM me how much you would charge, the shop by my house said $350 just to install

Yeah, in the audio forums, we pretty much run our own power sources, since factory ones can't handle the draw we're looking at.

Yeah I can imagine, but for simple led's the power draw shouldn't be to intense for the oem fuze/battery to handle.
