I have a KP Technologies navigation bypass kit, brand new for $40. This is the deluxe module which hooks up to your navigation and allows you to use your navigation while in motion. It also automatically bypasses the safety warning when first turning on your navigation so you don't have to click "ok" to continue.

It should work fine in sedans as long as you have the pop up navigation
